Who will work on my property?

The only people that will work on your property are Pride Outdoor Services employees. Our team members have experience and the necessary skill set to complete your landscaping needs. 

Are you insured or licensed?

We have all necessary licenses for our area and we carry insurance for all of our projects. 

How does weather affect your schedule?

We care about our workers as much as we care about your lawn. All work will be finished weather permitting. Delays may happen with, high-heat index, rain, cold, and snow. We will notify you with an estimated finish date for delayed projects. 

What kind of clients do you work for?

We accept both residential and commercial clients.

I called over the weekend, why haven't I heard back?

Labor hours are from 8 am - 5 pm Monday-Friday. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am - 3 pm. There are no office hours on the weekend, but we do have an after hours answering service! We will get back to you as soon as possible Monday! 

Will there be a point of contact at the job site?

Yes, at every job site, there will be someone to speak to if you have any questions or concerns. A foreman or a manager will be present.  

Who contacts JULIE?

 We call JULIE for you. The Joint Utility Locating Information for Excavators will mark your underground utility lines before we head out and start your project!   

I've accepted the estimate, when will the work get done?

Accepting the estimate will notify us to go ahead and add you to the schedule. Our scheduling is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be aware there's an estimated 2-3 week waiting period depending on how booked we are. As time gets closer we will give you an ETA if needed.

When do I pay?

Payment is due upon receipt. If payment is not received within 15 days of completion (unless written agreement states otherwise) legal action may be taken. A $39 late fee will be assessed to every month the balance is not paid. 

How can I Pay?

You can pay with a Credit Card, Money Order, Check, Cash or PayPal.

If there are any issues, we can also take payments over the phone!
